Where does Potion ship?
Domestic only: We’re here for (and legal in!) all 50 states.
When will my order ship?
Place your order online, and we’ll start processing on the same business day (the next if your order comes in after 1PM EST). After 1-2 days time, your order is handed off to a carrier, and on its way to you! You’ll receive timely shipment notifications and a tracking number via email until your Not Pot has not-not arrived.
Help! I'm having problems with the tracking.
Hang on for another day or two—sometimes carriers can be delayed to register shipments. Still no luck? Send us an email right away at email@example.com, and we’ll figure it out together.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve future formulations and products. If you have any suggestions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
